Warranty
Purchasing products online at Marantz.com or from one of our authorized dealers means that the product purchased is “factory fresh,” supplied directly from Marantz and ensuring the integrity of the product with the full base of knowledge and training around product performance. We cannot ensure such an experience with product purchased from other sites and, if the product is altered in any way, it will void the warranty.
Marantz products purchased from unauthorized dealers do not qualify for warranty coverage.
If you are purchasing from a site other than Marantz.com and would like to check to see if your dealer is authorized, please contact us.

Bundles
If you have purchased a bundle on marantz.com that contains a Bowers & Wilkins product, the Bowers & Wilkins warranty applies to that product.
Recertified products
Marantz recertified products are pre-owned products that have undergone rigorous testing to ensure they meet Marantz’s strict quality standards for both sonic performance and mechanical integrity. We back every recertified product with a one-year warranty.
Recertified products are repacked in special packaging, complete with all documentation and accessories. Recertified products may contain minor cosmetic blemishes, but are inspected to be free from any cracks, dents or deep scratches.
Each Marantz recertified product:
- Is supplied with a one-year warranty.
- Has undergone rigorous testing to ensure they meet strict quality standards for both sonic performance and mechanical integrity.
- Is recertified with replacement parts for any defective modules identified in testing.
- Is put through a thorough cleaning process and inspection.
- Is supplied with all accessories.
- May have minor cosmetic blemishes that do not affect the operation of the unit.
