Shipping Policy

We offer one standard delivery service which is free of charge in Canada. We are unable to deliver orders to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Orders are estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped (excluding US public holidays). Please note all orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Orders placed before 12pm ET on business days and Sundays ship out within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 12pm ET or on Saturdays ship out the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you can track your order on the link provided in the dispatch email. Please note the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has shipped.

Holiday Timeline

Our warehouses will be closed for Thanksgiving.

  • Online orders placed November 27th – November 30th will dispatch between December 1st and December 3rd.
  • Online orders placed between December 1st and 3rd may require an additional 1 or 2 days to process.

We would like to have your Marantz product to you by December 24th. Therefore, in following shipping guidelines, orders need to be submitted no later than the following date:

  • Order online by 2PM ET on December 17th for delivery by December 24th. Orders placed after this date may arrive after December 24th. 

Please note some deliveries may experience unavoidable delays beyond our reasonable control.
